Roadmap
Our main goal is to allow AI models to be proactive and find creative solutions under the supervision of motivated leaders that are ready to take their time back from day-to-day tasks.
Starting with an Extended CFO persona, but already in early stages of two additional roles regarding People and Processes, and Extended CEO.
Current Development
We have trained an Azure based openAI model with SAP knowledge with a focus in behaving as an extended CFO, providing users with meaningful suggestions in how to reduce costs, increase liquidity, and analyse unusual behaviours that could indicate fraud or human errors.

As you can see below, not only AI will suggest an improvement but will also calculate the benefit realisation and generate the necessary text for the next step (at the moment focused on email, SNOW ticket, or SAP task, but toolset will allow for more 3rd party integrations)
PoC environment
Currently we are ready to test and validate our model using client data, but we are working to set up a self-service PoC environment where clients can onboard their own data without our manual help.
Follow-up - Watcher behaviour
A third role of the AI bot is to watch specific email address and inform the user on any actions needed on their side, providing suggestions that can be confirmed by just pressing a button.
LLaMA, Google, and other models
We have a locally deployed version of LLaMA under testing, and our plan is to baseline its behaviour against different versions of openAI and better understand what should be the strategy moving forward.
Security, Data, and Privacy
We test, re-test, validate, and make sure any input and output is never done directly to openAI (or any AI model). As a safeguard, we only upload data after executing a pseudonymisation process, so in the unlikely scenario of a a breach the data is not classified as sensitive.
